Tolmin, Slovenia is known for stunning mountain landscapes, breathtaking Soča River, a beautiful array of tree-lined camping area, Mediterranean weather and endless headbanging music… And this is where Tolminator steps in to follow the tradition of metal festivals in Tolmin.
Not looking back, not being completely driven by nostalgia, but moving forward to create a new festival. A more fan focused festival. Limited to only 5000 visitors that will consume all the positive elements of music and pristine nature and combine it to a brand new festival experience on the most spectacular festival location in Europe.
Like someone once said: “I’ll be back!”

Children

For children under the age of 12, the entrance is free. Please note, that children can only enter the festival grounds if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a valid Tolminator ticket. Children of all ages are very welcome at our festival, but be a responsible parent or legal guardian and make sure your children wear sound protection at all times when being near or in front of any stages or in areas where music is loud! Please also keep in mind that earplugs that are used on the festival area a lot by adults are not an efficient and sufficient sound protection for those little fragile ears. The only sound protection that should be used are the real sound protectors (headphones). Wearing sound protection as written above is mandatory; so we have to remind you that anyone who will try to disobey this very strict rule, will be removed from the festival area with revoked access, without any further explanation.

Cup deposit

Every cup or bottle is a subject to deposit upon which your PayCard will be charged 3,00 €. Every time you order the “first” drink, your PayCard will be charged with 3,00 € deposit. For every next drink your PayCard will not be charged another deposit but you have to have your “old” cup with you and you need to give it to the bar personnel. They will simply give you a new one with every next drink. To get your cup deposit back, you need to bring your PayCard and empty cup to the cup deposit point. Amount of empty cups/containers has to match with the amount of deposits that your PayCard has been charged with.
*After years of using biodegradable and compostable single use cups, we finally found a solution on how to manage reusable plastic cups, which can be washed and reused up to 100 times. Another step towards reducing festival waste and making Tolminator more sustainable.

Please note that PETROL/DIESEL power generators are NOT ALLOWED any more because of several complaints from fellow campers and especially land owners and inhabitants of Tolmin, so please make sure you leave them at home and find another (less noisy) solution in case you decide not to purchase the hook ups option above or the option is sold out… That way you help us keep the location, which is one in a million…

Festival note:
Upon arrival, please inform our personnel at the box office that you need help with electricity hook-up. They will give you all needed instructions. Hooking up will be done by our technician. You need to show him proof of payment. He will also provide his contact, so you can reach him in case of any problem. We provide a 230V supply, which can power most of the appliances you might use at home. However, we have restricted supplies, rated at 6A each, so you need to be careful what you use to avoid ‘tripping out’ the system.
Tripping the electrical supply can make you unpopular on site. The least you will need to do is contact the site manager to ask him to reset the system. In cases of “extending” your supply to your friends you will also have stopped the electricity supply to your friends’ pitches.

Use electricity with care:
Make no mistake about it. Electricity can be dangerous, especially in the damp conditions of a tent or in the open air. Even a 12V battery can give you a nasty shock if used incorrectly. Used in the right way however, you can benefit from mains electricity and, if you take the right precautions, you can use it safely.
We recommend you use a cable length of 25m, because the layout of pitches means you can be pitched a fair distance from the hook-up bollard. However, if you’re closer to the bollard, you should still uncoil the full length of your cable, to avoid it overheating in use. Avoid using extension cables. If you need to, always use weather-proof connectors and keep the connection off the ground – to avoid water getting inside.
Many tents now include a small zipped flap where the cable can enter the tent, so cables don’t need to cross the entrance.

Making life safer:
Most caravans, motorhomes and folding campers have electrical equipment fitted by design. If you are bringing electricity into a tent you will need to buy a special hook-up lead with two or more damp-proof sockets, each of which will take an ordinary 13A plug, as you would use at home.

Residual Current Devices (RCDs):
Every outlet has its own RCD. One of the reasons for using a properly-designed electrical connection to your unit is that a Residual Current Device (RCD) safety device will be wired into the circuit. This is designed to cut off the supply immediately in the case of a leakage of current to earth. Such a leakage can occur when someone touches an appliance that is damp. Particularly if the person is standing on damp ground, which can easily happen in a tent.

Keep it all dry:
Tents, and particularly the floors of tents, can be damp and moisture and electricity do not mix. The socket end of the cable will usually have some means of fixing it well above level ground. Often special clips will enable it to be fixed to a frame tent pole off the ground. Arranging to mount it off the ground in other tents, especially those with flexible poles, can be more difficult. The equipment you plug in must also be placed safely. Don’t use electrical equipment on the tent floor as leaks or condensation could lead to dampness.

How much power:
You’ll also need to think about the equipment you want to use on site. At home you’ll probably have plenty of sockets and it’s rare to overload them, but a campsite socket can be easily overloaded. If you are using an electric kettle it really ought to be a small camping one. Heaters should be low powered and ideally designed for camp life, and don’t try to run your heater and kettle together – you could overload your pitch socket causing it to cut out and you may even cut out other sockets on the campsite.

Garbage deposit (Refundable)

In order to be granted a Tolminator wristband it is mandatory to pay the 10,00 € Garbage Deposit, unless you are not staying in Tolminator camp. As its name says, it is a deposit, which means that you get the money back once you return full garbage bags to the garbage point. More information about the garbage deposit system here. If you stay in a hotel or apartment, please take a proof of your accommodation with you to the wristband office. If you stay in a hotel or apartment and you do not have proof of accommodation with you, you will need to pay a garbage deposit. …But don’t worry, you have a whole week to verify that you are not staying at the festival camp. With the verification, you’ll get your money back and you won’t need to return full garbage bags.
Please, really try to keep the festival area and the surroundings clean! Use the garbage bins that will be placed throughout the festival area and take note of the marked recycle bins also.

Garbage deposit & paycard deposit – how it works

…explained in 6 easy steps:
Step 1. Upon arrival you will receive your PayCard. It is mandatory!
Step 2. Load your PayCard with 50€ or 100€.
Step 3. Our personnel are going to deduct 16€ from your PayCard for garbage deposit (10€) and Tolminator PayCard deposit (6€).
Step 4. Return your full garbage bags to one of the garbage points during the festival time.
Step 5. Upon returning of garbage bags to the garbage points your PayCard will be loaded with 10€ (garbage deposit).
Step 6. Upon returning your undamaged PayCard to one of the PayCard points, you will get 3€ returned in cash (PayCard deposit). 3€ will be kept as service commission fee.

Hot showers and flush toilets

Opening hours:
• Monday, 22. 7. 2024: from 18:00 to 22.00
• from Tuesday, 23. 7. 2024 until Saturday, 27. 7. 2024: from 08.00 to 02.00
• Sunday, 28. 7. 2024: from 08.00 to 12.00
Please be advised, that the shower center has limited capacity and it operates in the principle: first comes, first serves. In practice this means that hot water is available at all times, but if the capacity of the shower center is full, you will have to either stay in line for your turn or use the cold showers.
The fee is 15,00 € for the whole week with unlimited entrances.

Money return / refunds

If you did not spend all your money, and would like to get it back, simply go to the cashier and you will receive the amount that is still on the PayCard in cash. On Sunday the cashier on the main stage will work until 12.00

Parking

Upon arrival with car, please follow signs for “Tolminator” parking, that are placed already on the main road towards the festival area. Parking and camping at the festival area is permitted only on designated places, so please follow the instructions of the parking security personnel. The parking fee for complete festival is 25€. If you wish to park next to your tent in the Parking & Camping area, parking for the whole week will cost you 35€ per car.

ATTENTION! We offer electricity for the camper vans! Camper vans are charged 50€ in the parking and camping area. Check ELECTRICITY section if you want to preorder. The parking fee and Electricity upgrade fee is NOT the same thing.
All prices are for 1 vehicle, regardless of the number of passengers. Parking fee can be purchased/payed at the festival entrance only. Please note that the parking sticker should be placed onto the INNER LEFT SIDE of your vehicle’s windshield, where it is easily visible!
Daily parking costs 10 euro.

Rent a tent
Since some of you are flying to Tolminator and cannot bring a tent with you, we decided to offer an option to rent a tent. With this, we also want to avoid people buying tents just for the festival and throwing them away afterwards.
 
We will set up tents before the festival starts in a camping only area close to the food area and shower and flush toilet facilities.
After the festival, you don’t have to worry about folding the tent.
 
We will take a 50,00€ deposit when you take over the tent (at the festival) which will be returned to you when you leave the festival and show that the tent is not damaged.

6 steps to follow onsite:
– At the arrival, at the entrance, when you sort out everything, show your rent a tent ticket to the personnel along with your festival ticket.
– You will be charged a 50 € deposit.
– You will get your tent number along with further instructions and a phone number from a person in charge of the tents (you can use the number in case you need any additional info.
– Enjoy the festival
– Before you leave, you will call the person in charge, who will examine the tent and you will get your 50 € deposit back.

We offer group camping for groups of minimum 25 people.

Covid 19 restrictions

At the moment, most of the Covid 19 regarded restrictions are lifted for open air shows. We strongly believe Tolminator will happen with no extra restrictions. In case anything changes, you will be informed via official festival channels or email.

Drinking water

Running clean water for drinking is provided all over the festival area free of charge. At the camp area, you can use your own bottles for refilling the drinking water. Please note that you are not allowed to bring any full bottles to the venue area! Only empty bottles can pass the security check.

First Aid

The First Aid Point is open 24 hours a day throughout the festival, from Tuesday, 23. 7. 2024, from 08.00 until Sunday, 28. 7. 2024, to 12.00 (24/7). We would also like to inform you, that our business partner Medicross is offering preservation of medication (for the ones, that need special medicine and they need to keep the medicine in a cool and dry place). They will also be able to assist you with prescriptions for medicines.

Impaired people – wheelchair users

Wheelchair users or other physically handicapped people who rely on support, can bring 1 escorting person to the festival area for free. They are allowed to use the VIP camping grounds, which enable an easier passage to the festival area. Handicapped accessible restrooms will be available. Tolminator provides a platform for handicapped people in front of stage, next to FOH. Please note that an official medical certificate will be demanded upon your arrival.

Food and drinks

You will be provided with a variety of food and drinks of good quality at a big number of stands, adequate in quantity and pricing. Furthermore we provide you with a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes, there will also be some gluten free food available. Beside that we will have free drinking water which will be provided all over the area. At the camp area, you can use your own bottles for refilling the drinking water. You are only allowed to bring empty bottles to the festival area and fill them with water at the venue.

Hofer supermarket

HOFER is an official Tolminator supermarket, located at the entrance to the festival campsite.
Opening hours:
Monday – Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00
Sunday – CLOSED! (all the supermarkets and shops are closed on Sundays in Slovenia)

Info point (applications for bands here)

Festival Info point, located between camping area and main stage area, offers basic info about the festival, such as information about running order and possible changes and all other festival related news. You can also deposit things that you have found or leave a note if you have lost something. At the festival Info point there is also one representative of our Security crew that will be happy to answer all your questions, complaints or ideas about security at the festival area. Even if you just feel you need to say thank you or some good words about them – feel free to stop by. They will be happy to help you out.
Info point is the only place where we accept band submissions for the Underground stage at Tolminator!

At the INFO POINT you will be able to buy some always needed camping gear – such as tent pegs, hammers, rope, peg remover, lights etc. NO bigger gear though.
Lockers

This year we rented 300!
210 smaller lockers (dimension 14x25x50cm) 20,00 EUR for the entire festival + 10,00 EUR key deposit
90 bigger lockers (dimension 31x25x50cm) 30,00 EUR for the entire festival + 10,00 key deposit
All lockers are equipped with a power socket, so you can charge your phones and laptops inside a locker.

Mobile phone charging

At the INFO POINT there is a limited amount of charging points/powerbanks, that we can offer for charging. The price for charging or renting a Powerbank is 3 € per charging and 10 € deposit for the Powerbank.
Note that in 2024 you can also use lockers with electricity plug ins for charging (see lockers)

About

As many of our regular visitors are already aware, Tolminator festival is running on a cashless payment system – Tolminator PayCard. Please check below for Tolminator PayCard Terms & Conditions!
Upon arrival you will be charged 6€ for Tolminator PayCard deposit. You will get 3€ deposit back once you return your Tolminator PayCard undamaged to the one of Tolminator PayCard points. 3€ will be kept as service commission fee.

Authorized Users

You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of your PayCard. If you permit another person to have access to your PayCard, we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each PayCard according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Card deposit

Upon arrival you will be charged 6€ for Tolminator PayCard deposit. You will get 3€ deposit back once you return your Tolminator PayCard undamaged to the one of Tolminator PayCard points. 3€ will be kept as service fee.

Card Replacement

If you need to replace your PayCard due to non-functionality/damage, please go to the cashier to request a replacement PayCard. Your PayCard deposit will be deducted and remaining credit will be transferred to the new PayCard. You will be charged with 6€ deposit for the new PayCard.

Confidentiality

We may disclose information to third parties about your PayCard or the transactions you make:
(1) Where it is necessary for completing transactions;
(2) In order to verify the existence and condition of your PayCard for a third party, such as merchant;
(3) In order to comply with government agency, court order, or other legal reporting requirements;
(4) To our employees, auditors, affiliates, service providers, or attorneys as needed.

Loading Your Card for the first time

You will receive your PayCard together with your festival wristband.
The minimum amount of the initial credit load is 50,00€, which you need to load at the entrance to the festival at the Box Office point, in order to receive your festival wristband and PayCard.
The minimum amount of each credit reload is 10,00€.
The maximum amount of the initial credit load is 100,00€.
The maximum amount of each credit reload is 100,00€.
You may load your PayCard only by paying in cash at any cashier.
You may add funds called “Credit” to your PayCard at any time.
You will have access to your credit at any time.

Money return

If you did not spend all your money, and would like to get it back, simply go to cashier and you will receive the amount that is still on the PayCard in cash. PayCard in cash on Sunday – the cashier on the main stage will work until 12.00

Our Liability for Failure to Complete Transactions

If we do not properly complete a transaction from your PayCard on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable, for instance:
(1) If through no fault of ours, you do not have enough funds available on your PayCard to complete the transaction;
(2) If a merchant refuses to accept your PayCard;
(3) If an electronic terminal where you are making a transaction does not operate properly, and you knew about the problem .
(5) If access to your PayCard has been blocked after you reported your PayCard lost or stolen;
(6) If there is a hold or your credit is a subject to legal process or other encumbrance restricting their use;
(7) If we have reason to believe the requested transaction is unauthorized;
(8) If circumstances beyond our control (such as force majeure, or computer or communication failure) prevent the completion of the transaction, despite reasonable precautions that we have taken; or
(9) Any other exception stated in our Agreement with you.

PAYCARD Terms & Conditions

PayCard is the only payment method available for Tolminator; exceptions are the official festival merch, cigarettes and fan articles at the festival market, which you are able to purchase with cash only. PayCard is mandatory for every visitor!
Please note you can upload your festival paycard with cash only. Not with your bank card, credit card or whatever.

Receipts

You should get a receipt everytime you make a payment by using your PayCard. You agree to retain, verify, and reconcile your transactions and receipts.

Reusing Paycards

Reusing paycards from past festival years is not possible. Due to fiscalisation and tax law, it is legally not possible to transfer money from one year to the next year (since annual financial statements have to be done every year for taxes etc.)
Please pay attention to emptying your PayCard, so that there will be no loss for you.

 Band applications

Every year we will give newcomers a chance to perform on Tolminator. We tend to continue supporting newcomers, but there’s only a certain amount of slots we can provide each year and hundreds of bands who wanna perform. So the only reasonable option is to give the chance to bands that are also present on the festival itself as fans. With this we also make sure that the fans get that family feeling from the festival.
What to do?
At least one band member needs to come to the INFO POINT at the festival, where you will need to fill an application form and leave your CD.
This is the only way you get a chance to play TOLMINATOR. We will later go through every single recording and choose the best 15+ bands that will get a slot on the Underground Stage or even Main Stage.
If you think your band is not a newcomer and deserves a slot on the Main Stage, activate your agent that takes care of you.

Non food stalls booking

Terms and Conditions – non food booking
All prices are subject to VAT. The hire charge is due and must be paid before the stall is erected. Payment will be invoiced and must be transferred to our account in advance. The depth of the stall must always be adapted to local conditions. The charge is always based on the longest side of the stall. This contract is subject to itinerant trade stipulations. The itinerant trade authorisation card must be presented on request. The stall holder is a registered trader and fully aware of their rights and obligations.
The following items or merchandise must not be sold under any circumstances: drugs; arms; bootleg recordings; food & drink; pornographic or other indexed items; tobacco, cigarettes etc.
The sale and the free distribution of band/artist merchandise of acts appearing at the festival is also prohibited as these rights have been granted exclusively. The manufacture, sale and free distribution of festival-related merchandise is also prohibited.
The equipment for stalls in the outer area must be provided by the traders. Traders must provide sufficient cables. All electrical equipment must be standardized according to VDE regulations. Traders shall be held responsible for power cuts and any resulting damage. The constructions have to be secured sufficiently as not to endanger public safety. Stall holders have a legal duty to maintain safety. The stalls must comply with safety regulations and must carry a TÜV seal of approval where necessary. Stall holders are solely liable for any damage that they may cause. Stall holders are obliged to take out adequate liability insurance. Stall holders shall cover any costs caused by alterations to stalls due to organizational/logistical changes.
The authorities must be allowed access at all times.
All personnel / staff regulations must be in accordance with European and Slovenian Law.
Stall holders release the promoter from any third-party liability for damages of any kind caused by themselves or their employees. Stall holders shall ensure that neither they nor their employees shall be under the influence of alcohol or any kind of drugs during the erection and dismantling of their stalls and during the whole event. Stalls will be designed in an upmarket style, in line with the event. This contract becomes valid on receipt of the registration confirmation. A fee of 40% from the 30th day before the event and 100% from the 10th day before the event will be charged for cancellations. Cancellations must be issued in writing. In cases of oversubscriptions or other circumstances for which we cannot be held responsible, we reserve the right not to issue a confirmation of registration. This contract covers the hire of the floor space only. Stall positions cannot be guaranteed.
Access authorisation to the traders’ area (traders’ wristbands) may only be handed out to stall operators’ staff. The selling or passing on of wristbands to unauthorized persons is illegal under any circumstances and will result in an immediate ban of the trader from the festival without refund of the hire charge.
It is prohibited to sell or distribute religious items at the stall (signs, symbols, pamphlets or other printed matter)!
The term “cleaning” only refers to the removal of waste. Any waste must be kept in boxes or bin liners. A deposit of EUR 100.00 per stall will be charged, which will be returned once the area has been vacated in a satisfactory condition. Should the event be canceled for any reason, only the stall fee paid up to that point will be refunded. In excess of this, there shall be no legal claims. Verbal agreements shall not be considered binding.
The authorities and staff members of the Festival shall be authorized to take photographs/videos of the sales/promotion stalls at all times!
Legal effect of this document:
 Should parts or individual phrasings in this agreement be or become fully or partly invalid, this shall not affect the overall validity of the agreement. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision of similar content, with corresponding economic effect.
The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the court of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Press accreditations

Welcome to Press area of Tolminator festival. If you are interested in cooperation and wish to apply for Tolminator accreditation, please fill in the form under the webpage CONTACT > PRESS section.
The deadline for submission of your application is July 10th 2023. After this date, we will not accept any other applications. You will be informed of whether you were granted an accreditation or not by July 15th 2023 at the latest. The organizers have the right to decline any accreditation due to not meeting the deadline, requirements and conditions or in case of exceeded number of applications without any further explanation.

Filled in and submitted application form.
An accreditation for a magazine will be decided partially according to the published materials of past year(s) of the festival (first timers are an exception).
For web media, it is necessary to provide at least one pre-coverage publication and one article covering a previous edition of Tolminator prior to the festival (first timers are an exception).
At the same time, with application for press accreditation, media agrees to provide all media outputs of the Festival to the Tolminator press team (press@tolminator.com) after publishing or broadcasting their reports no later than on 30th of October, 2024. Meeting these requirements will be the important factor influencing the process of granting an accreditation for next edition of the Tolminator festival, and also for prioritizing your specific interview requests.
If your accreditation will be approved, you need to print your confirmation (with QR code) and bring it, together with a valid personal ID, to the VIP/PRESS festival entrance, where you will receive a festival wristband and pass. With sending your application form you agree to these terms.
Please fill in all the requested data, including a confirmation by your editor in chief on your assignment to report on our festival. We also need your valid mobile phone number (with area code) and active email address to be able to inform you about planned interviews, press conferences, and photographing opportunities during the festival.

Obey security

The instructions of the security personnel are not to be followed voluntarily but OBLIGATORY! Please, avoid senseless annoying actions so everybody will feel comfortable! At the festival Info point there is also one representative of our Security crew that will be happy to answer all your questions, complaints or ideas about security at the festival area. Even if you just feel you need to say thank you or some good words about them – feel free to stop by. They will be happy to assist.

Prohibited objects

At the festival area it is prohibited to bring: cans, bottles, hard drugs, objects that can be used as projectiles, knives, and of course any kind of weapons and other objects that can be used as such. Leave those things at home; you won’t be able – in any case – to get into the festival area with them! Of course, you are allowed to bring your cutlery to the Campsite, but not to the Stage Site!

Pets

Dogs and other animals are NOT permitted in the festival area! Anyone who will try to disobey this very strict rule, will be removed from a festival area with revoked access, without any further explanation.
Please behave responsibly towards your animal companion and leave them at home (or in any other dog hotel or care, that will provide them the care they need).

Photography

The festival visitor agrees to be photographed and recorded in video and audio, as part of the audience, without any limitations. The visitor also agrees, that those pictures as well as audio and video recordings may be used for festival promotion without any limitation, free of charges.

Risk of participation

Every visitor participates in the festival at his own risk. Besides, every visitor is obliged to take action for the guarantee of his own safety. The visitor is also responsible for his property. The promoter (Tolminator d.o.o.) is not liable for any lost or damaged property whatsoever! The promoter is also not liable for violations of the Slovenian law, thievery, injuries or damages by third parties that happen in course of the festival.

Swimming

Swimming and other sports are at everyone’s own risk! Festival promoters ensure that there is a professional lifeguard available at the main festival beach area.

Please be advised, that the shower center has limited capacity and it operates in the principle: first comes, first serves. In practice this means that hot water is available at all times, but if the capacity of the shower center is full, you will have to either stay in line for your turn or use the cold showers.

Please keep the toilet and shower facilities clean so also other people can use them conveniently after you!

Tolmin, Slovenija je znan po osupljivih gorskih pokrajinah, čudoviti reki Soči, čudovitem kampiranju pod drevesi, sredozemskem vremenu in neskončni glasbi za headbanging… In tukaj vstopi Tolminator, da nadaljuje tradicijo metal festivalov v Tolminu. Ne gledamo nazaj in se ne pustimo popolnoma voditi nostalgiji, ampak gremo naprej in ustvarjamo nov festival. Bolj osredotočen na oboževalce. Omejen le na 5000 obiskovalcev, ki bodo uživali v vseh pozitivnih elementih glasbe in neokrnjene narave ter jih združili v novo festivalsko izkušnjo na najbolj spektakularni festivalski lokaciji v Evropi. Kot je nekdo nekoč rekel: “Vrnil se bom!”

Otroci
Za otroke, mlajše od 12 let, je vstop brezplačen. Prosimo, upoštevajte, da lahko otroci vstopijo na festivalsko območje le v spremstvu starša ali zakonitega skrbnika z veljavno Tolminator vstopnico. Otroci vseh starosti so zelo dobrodošli na našem festivalu, vendar bodite odgovorni starši ali zakoniti skrbniki in poskrbite, da bodo vaši otroci nosili zaščito za ušesa ves čas, ko bodo v bližini ali pred katerimkoli odrom ali na območjih, kjer je glasba glasna! Prav tako upoštevajte, da čepki za ušesa, ki jih veliko odraslih uporablja na festivalskem območju, niso učinkovita in zadostna zaščita za te male občutljive ušeske. Kavcijski sistem za kozarce

Vsak kozarec ali steklenica je predmet kavcije, ob kateri bo vaša PayCard kartica obremenjena s 3,00 €. Vsakič, ko naročite “prvo” pijačo, bo vaša PayCard kartica obremenjena s 3,00 € kavcije. Za vsako naslednjo pijačo vaša PayCard kartica ne bo ponovno obremenjena s kavcijo, vendar morate imeti s seboj “stari” kozarec in ga predati osebju na baru. Enostavno vam bodo dali novega ob vsaki naslednji pijači. Če želite dobiti nazaj kavcijo za kozarec, morate prinesti svojo PayCard kartico in prazen kozarec na točko za vračilo kozarcev. Število praznih kozarcev mora ustrezati številu kavcij, ki so bile bremenjene na vaši PayCard kartici.

Naročilo elektrike

Na voljo je 90 priključkov za prednaročilo. Na voljo od vašega (tudi zgodnjega) prihoda (od 22. julija do 28. julija 2024). 230V, 6A vsak. Vsaka vtičnica ima svoj RCD. Vsaka vtičnica ima omejeno površino 50 m2 (če nameravate deliti površino s večjo skupino, ki potrebuje več kot 50 m2, bi morali rezervirati 2 ali več priključkov). Tehnik je na voljo od 8.00 do 22.00. Uporabniki morajo imeti svoj kabel, predlagamo vsaj 50m. Cena za nadgradnjo priključka je 90,00 EUR. Naročila so omejena na 90!

!! Prosimo, upoštevajte, da BENCINSKI/DIZELSKI generatorji niso več dovoljeni zaradi več pritožb drugih kamperjev in še posebej lastnikov zemljišč in prebivalcev Tolmina, zato prosimo, da jih pustite doma in najdete drugo (manj hrupno) rešitev v primeru, da se odločite, da ne boste kupili možnosti priključkov ali je možnost razprodana… Tako nam pomagate ohraniti lokacijo, ki je edinstvena.

Opomnik:
Ob prihodu, prosimo, obvestite naše osebje na blagajni, da potrebujete pomoč pri priklopu na elektriko. Dali vam bodo vse potrebne informacije. Priklop bo opravil naš tehnik. Pokazati mu morate dokazilo o plačilu. Prav tako vam bo dal svoj kontakt, da ga boste lahko poklicali v primeru težav. Nudimo 230V napajanje, ki lahko napaja večino naprav, ki jih morda uporabljate doma. Vendar imamo omejene zaloge, ki so ocenjene na 6A vsaka, zato morate biti previdni, kaj uporabljate, da ne bi prišlo do preobremenitve sistema. Preobremenitev električne napeljave lahko povzroči nepriljubljenost na lokaciji. Najmanj, kar boste morali storiti, je, da kontaktirate upravitelja lokacije in ga prosite, naj ponovno vzpostavi sistem. V primerih “podaljševanja” oskrbe prijateljem boste prav tako prekinili dobavo elektrike prijateljskim parcelam.

Uporabljajte elektriko varno:

Elektrika je lahko nevarna, še posebej v vlažnih pogojih šotora ali na prostem. Tudi 12V baterija lahko povzroči neprijeten udarec, če se uporablja nepravilno. Če pa se uporablja pravilno, lahko koristite prednosti elektrike in, če sprejmete prave previdnostne ukrepe, jo lahko uporabljate varno. Priporočamo uporabo kabla dolžine 25m, ker postavitev parcel pomeni, da lahko kampirate na precejšnji razdalji od priključnega stebra. Če pa ste bližje stebru, morate vseeno odviti celotno dolžino kabla, da se izognete pregrevanju med uporabo. Izogibajte se uporabi podaljškov. Če jih morate uporabiti, vedno uporabite vremensko odporne konektorje in jih držite nad tlemi – da preprečite vdor vode.

Večina šotorov zdaj vključuje majhno zadrgo, skozi katero lahko kabel vstopi v šotor, tako da kabli ne potrebujejo prehoda skozi vhod.
 

Naredimo življenje varnejše:
Večina prikolic, avtodomov in zložljivih kampov ima električno opremo, nameščeno po zasnovi. Če prinašate elektriko v šotor, boste morali kupiti posebno priključno vodilo z dvema ali več vodo-odpornimi vtičnicami, od katerih bo vsaka sprejela običajen 13A vtič, kot bi ga uporabili doma.

Naprave za preostali tok (RCD):
 Vsaka vtičnica ima svoj RCD. Eden od razlogov za uporabo pravilno zasnovane električne povezave v vaši enoti je, da bo v vezje vgrajena naprava za preostali tok (RCD). Ta je zasnovana tako, da takoj prekine dovod električne energije v primeru uhajanja toka v zemljo. Takšno uhajanje lahko nastane, ko nekdo dotakne napravo, ki je vlažna, še posebej, če oseba stoji na vlažnih tleh, kar se lahko zlahka zgodi v šotoru.

Ohranite okolico suho:
Šotori, zlasti tla šotorov, so lahko vlažni, vlaga in elektrika pa se ne mešata. Konec kabla z vtičem bo običajno imel način za pritrditev nad tlemi. Pogosto bodo posebne sponke omogočile pritrditev na okvir šotora izven tal. Urejanje pritrditve nad tlemi v drugih šotorih, zlasti tistih s fleksibilnimi palicami, je lahko težje. Oprema, ki jo priključite, mora biti prav tako nameščena varno. Ne uporabljajte električnih naprav na tleh šotora, saj lahko uhajanje ali kondenzacija povzroči vlago.

Koliko moči:
Prav tako boste morali razmisliti o opremi, ki jo želite uporabljati na mestu. Doma imate verjetno veliko vtičnic in redko pride do preobremenitve, a vtičnica na kampiranju se lahko zlahka preobremeni. Če uporabljate električni grelnik vode, naj bo majhen kamping grelnik. Grelci naj bodo nizke moči in idealno zasnovani za kampiranje, in ne poskušajte uporabljati grelnika in grelnika vode hkrati – lahko preobremenite vtičnico na mestu, kar lahko povzroči izpad elektrike in morda izpad drugih vtičnic na kampu.

Polog za smeti (Vrnljiv)

Za pridobitev zapestnice Tolminator je obvezno plačati 10,00 € pologa za smeti, razen če ne bivate v kampu Tolminator. Z verifikacijo boste dobili denar nazaj in ne boste potrebovali vračati polnih vreč za smeti. Prosimo, resnično poskusite ohranjati festivalsko območje in okolico čisto! Uporabljajte koše za smeti, ki bodo nameščeni po festivalskem območju in upoštevajte označene koše za reciklažo.

Polog za smeti in polog za plačilno kartico – kako deluje

… razloženo v 6 enostavnih korakih:
1. Ob prihodu prejmete PayCard. To je obvezno!
2. Napolnite svojo PayCard s 50 € ali 100 €.
3. Naše osebje bo z vaše PayCard odštelo 16 € za polog za smeti (10 €) in polog za Tolminator PayCard (6 €).
4. Vrnite polne vreče za smeti na eno od smetišč med festivalom.
5. Ob vračilu vreč za smeti na smetišča bo vaša PayCard naložena z 10 € (polog za smeti).
6. Ob vračilu vaše nepoškodovane PayCard na eno od PayCard točk, boste prejeli 3 € v gotovini (polog za PayCard). 3 € bo zadržano kot provizija za storitev.

Topli tuši in splakovalni WC-ji

Odpiralni čas:
– Ponedeljek, 22. 7. 2024: od 18.00 do 22.00
– Od torka, 23. 7. 2024 do sobote, 27. 7. 2024: od 08.00 do 02.00
– Nedelja, 28. 7. 2024: od 08.00 do 12.00
Prosimo, upoštevajte, da ima tuš center omejeno kapaciteto in deluje po načelu: kdor prvi pride, prvi melje. V praksi to pomeni, da je topla voda vedno na voljo, vendar če je kapaciteta tuš centra polna, boste morali bodisi čakati v vrsti na svoj red ali uporabiti hladne tuše. Pristojbina je 15,00 € za cel teden z neomejenimi vstopi.

Vračilo denarja / povračila

Če niste porabili vsega svojega denarja in ga želite dobiti nazaj, preprosto pojdite na blagajno in prejeli boste znesek, ki je še vedno na PayCard, v gotovini. V nedeljo bo blagajna na glavnem odru odprta do 12.00.

Parkiranje

Ob prihodu z avtom, prosimo, sledite znakom za parkiranje “Tolminator”, ki so že nameščeni na glavni cesti proti festivalskemu območju. Parkiranje in kampiranje na festivalskem območju je dovoljeno samo na določenih mestih, zato upoštevajte navodila varnostnega osebja za parkiranje. Pristojbina za parkiranje za celoten festival je 25 €. Če želite parkirati poleg svojega šotora v območju Parkiranje in Kampiranje, bo parkiranje za cel teden stalo 35 € na avto.

POZOR! Nudimo elektriko za avtodome! Avtodomi se zaračunajo 50 € na območju parkiranja in kampiranja. Preverite razdelek ELEKTRIKA, če želite prednaročiti. Pristojbina za parkiranje in doplačilo za elektriko ni ista stvar. Vse cene so za 1 vozilo, ne glede na število potnikov. Pristojbino za parkiranje je mogoče kupiti/plačati le ob vstopu na festival. Prosimo, upoštevajte, da mora biti nalepka za parkiranje nameščena na NOTRANJI LEVI STRANI vetrobranskega stekla vašega vozila, kjer je enostavno vidna! Dnevno parkiranje stane 10 €.

Najem šotora

Ker nekateri med vami letite na Tolminator in ne morete prinesti šotora s seboj, smo se odločili ponuditi možnost najema šotora. S tem želimo tudi preprečiti, da bi ljudje kupovali šotore samo za festival in jih nato odvrgli.

Šotore bomo postavili pred začetkom festivala na območju za kampiranje blizu območja hrane ter tuš in splakovalnih WC-jev.
Po festivalu vam ne bo treba skrbeti za zlaganje šotora.

Ob prevzemu šotora (na festivalu) bomo vzeli 50,00 € pologa, ki vam bo vrnjen, ko zapustite festival in pokažete, da šotor ni poškodovan.

– Dobili boste številko šotora skupaj z nadaljnjimi navodili in telefonsko številko odgovorne osebe za šotore (številko lahko uporabite v primeru, da potrebujete dodatne informacije).
– Uživajte na festivalu.
– Pred odhodom pokličite odgovorno osebo, ki bo pregledala šotor in vam vrnila 50 € pologa.

Omejitve zaradi Covid-19

Trenutno so večinoma vse omejitve glede Covid-19 za prireditve na prostem odpravljene. Trdno verjamemo, da bo Tolminator potekal brez dodatnih omejitev. Če se kaj spremeni, boste obveščeni prek uradnih kanalov festivala ali po e-pošti.

Pitna voda

Pitna čista voda je na voljo po celotnem festivalskem območju brezplačno. Na območju kampa lahko uporabljate svoje steklenice za ponovno polnjenje pitne vode. Prosimo, upoštevajte, da v prizorišče ni dovoljeno prinašati polnih steklenic! Na varnostnem pregledu so dovoljene samo prazne steklenice.

Prva pomoč

Točka prve pomoči je odprta 24 ur na dan skozi celoten festival, od torka, 23. 7. 2024, od 08.00 do nedelje, 28. 7. 2024, do 12.00 (24/7). Prav tako vas obveščamo, da naš poslovni partner Medicross ponuja shranjevanje zdravil (za tiste, ki potrebujejo posebna zdravila in jih morajo hraniti na hladnem in suhem mestu). Prav tako vam bodo lahko pomagali z recepti za zdravila.

Invalidne osebe – uporabniki invalidskih vozičkov

Uporabniki invalidskih vozičkov ali druge fizično hendikepirane osebe, ki potrebujejo podporo, lahko pripeljejo eno spremljevalno osebo na festivalsko območje brezplačno. Dovoljena jim je uporaba VIP kampirnih površin, ki omogočajo lažji dostop do festivalskega območja. Na voljo bodo stranišča, prilagojena invalidom. Tolminator zagotavlja platformo za hendikepirane osebe pred odrom, poleg FOH. Prosimo, upoštevajte, da bo ob prihodu potrebno predložiti uradno zdravniško potrdilo.

Hrana in pijača

Na voljo vam bo pestra izbira kakovostne hrane in pijače na številnih stojnicah, ki bodo ustrezale količini in ceni. Poleg tega vam ponujamo pestro izbiro vegetarijanskih in veganskih jedi, na voljo pa bo tudi nekaj brezglutenske hrane. Poleg tega bo na celotnem območju na voljo brezplačna pitna voda. Na območju kampa lahko uporabljate svoje steklenice za ponovno polnjenje pitne vode. Na festivalsko območje je dovoljeno prinašati samo prazne steklenice in jih napolniti z vodo na prizorišču.

HOFER je uradni supermarket festivala Tolminator, ki se nahaja ob vhodu v festivalski kamp.

Festivalska info točka, ki se nahaja med kampom in glavnim odrom, ponuja osnovne informacije o festivalu, kot so informacije o programu in morebitnih spremembah ter vse druge novice, povezane s festivalom. Lahko tudi oddate najdene stvari ali pustite obvestilo, če ste kaj izgubili. Na festivalski info točki bo prisoten tudi predstavnik naše varnostne ekipe, ki bo z veseljem odgovoril na vsa vaša vprašanja, pritožbe ali ideje o varnosti na festivalskem območju. Če želite samo izraziti zahvalo ali pohvalo, se lahko oglasite. Z veseljem vam bodo pomagali.

Odgovorni ste za vse pooblaščene transakcije, ki jih opravite, in pristojbine, nastale z uporabo vaše PayCard. Če dovolite drugi osebi dostop do vaše PayCard, bomo to obravnavali, kot da ste odobrili takšno uporabo, in boste odgovorni za vse transakcije in pristojbine, ki jih te osebe povzročijo. V celoti ste odgovorni za uporabo vsake PayCard v skladu s pogoji te pogodbe.

Kavcija za kartico

Ob prihodu vam bomo zaračunali 6 € za kavcijo Tolminator PayCard. Ko vrnete svojo Tolminator PayCard nepoškodovano na eno od točk Tolminator PayCard, boste prejeli 3 € nazaj. 3 € bo zadržano kot provizija za storitev.

Zamenjava kartice

Če morate zamenjati svojo PayCard zaradi nefunkcionalnosti/poškodbe, prosimo, pojdite k blagajni in zaprosite za nadomestno PayCard. Vaša kavcija za PayCard bo odšteta in preostali kredit bo prenesen na novo PayCard. Za novo PayCard boste zaračunali 6 € kavcije.

Zaupnost
Informacije o vaši PayCard ali transakcijah, ki jih opravite, lahko razkrijemo tretjim osebam:
(1) Kjer je to potrebno za dokončanje transakcij;
(2) Za preverjanje obstoja in stanja vaše PayCard pri tretji osebi, kot je trgovec;
(3) Za izpolnjevanje zahtev vladnih agencij, sodnih nalogov ali drugih pravnih zahtev;
(4) Našim zaposlenim, revizorjem, povezanim družbam, ponudnikom storitev ali odvetnikom po potrebi.
Kako stvari delujejo
…razloženo v 6 preprostih korakih:
1. korak: Ob prihodu prejmete svojo PayCard. To je obvezno!
2. korak: Napolnite svojo PayCard z 50 € ali 100 €.
3. korak: Naše osebje bo od vaše PayCard odštelo 16 € za kavcijo za smeti (10 €) in kavcijo za Tolminator PayCard (6 €).
4. korak: Vrnite svoje polne vreče za smeti na eno od točk za smeti med festivalom. Za delovni čas točk za smeti obiščite tukaj.
5. korak: Ko vrnete vreče za smeti na točke za smeti, bo vaša PayCard naložena z 10 € (kavcija za smeti).
6. korak: Ko vrnete svojo nepoškodovano PayCard na eno od točk PayCard, boste prejeli 3 € v gotovini (kavcija za PayCard). 3 € bo zadržano kot provizija za storitev.
Prvo nalaganje vaše kartice
Svojo PayCard boste prejeli skupaj z zapestnico za festival.
Minimalni znesek prvega nalaganja kredita je 50,00 €, ki ga morate naložiti ob vstopu na festival na blagajni, da prejmete svojo festivalsko zapestnico in PayCard.
Minimalni znesek vsakega ponovnega nalaganja kredita je 10,00 €.
Največji znesek prvega nalaganja kredita je 100,00 €.
Največji znesek vsakega ponovnega nalaganja kredita je 100,00 €.
Svojo PayCard lahko naložite le z gotovino na kateri koli blagajni.
Svoji PayCard lahko kadarkoli dodate sredstva, imenovana “Kredit”.
Do svojega kredita boste imeli dostop kadarkoli.
Vračilo denarja

Če niste porabili vsega denarja in bi ga želeli vrniti, preprosto pojdite k blagajni in prejeli boste znesek, ki je še vedno na PayCard, v gotovini. Vračilo PayCard v gotovini v nedeljo – blagajna na glavnem odru bo delovala do 12.00.

Naša odgovornost za neuspešno dokončanje transakcij
Če transakcije z vašo PayCard ne dokončamo pravilno ali v pravem znesku v skladu z našim dogovorom z vami, bomo odgovorni za vaše izgube ali škodo. Vendar pa obstajajo nekatere izjeme. Na primer, ne bomo odgovorni:
(1) Če po naši krivdi nimate dovolj sredstev na svoji PayCard za dokončanje transakcije;
(2) Če trgovec zavrne sprejem vaše PayCard;
(3) Če elektronski terminal, kjer opravljate transakcijo, ne deluje pravilno in ste vedeli za težavo;
(5) Če je dostop do vaše PayCard blokiran po tem, ko ste prijavili izgubo ali krajo svoje PayCard;
(6) Če je vaš kredit zadržan ali je predmet pravnega postopka ali druge omejitve uporabe;
(7) Če menimo, da je zahtevana transakcija nepooblaščena;
(8) Če okoliščine, ki so izven našega nadzora (kot je višja sila ali okvara računalnika ali komunikacije), preprečujejo dokončanje transakcije kljub razumni previdnosti, ki smo jo sprejeli; ali
(9) Katera koli druga izjema, navedena v našem dogovoru z vami.
Pogoji uporabe PAYCARD
PayCard je edino plačilno sredstvo, ki je na voljo za Tolminator; izjeme so uradni festivalski merchandise, cigarete in navijaški izdelki na festivalskem trgu, ki jih lahko kupite samo z gotovino. PayCard je obvezna za vsakega obiskovalca!
Upoštevajte, da lahko svojo festivalsko PayCard napolnite samo z gotovino. Ne s svojo bančno kartico, kreditno kartico ali čemerkoli drugim.
Računi

Ob vsakem plačilu s svojo PayCard morate prejeti račun. Strinjate se, da boste hranili, preverjali in usklajevali svoje transakcije in račune.

Ponovna uporaba Paycards
Ponovna uporaba Paycards iz preteklih festivalskih let ni možna. Zaradi fiskalizacije in davčne zakonodaje ni mogoče prenesti denarja iz enega leta v drugo leto (ker je treba vsako leto narediti letna finančna poročila za davke itd.).
Prosimo, pazite, da izpraznite svojo PayCard, da ne boste imeli izgub.
Prijave bendov
Vsako leto omogočamo novim glasbenikom priložnost za nastop na Tolminatorju. Nadaljujemo s podporo novincem, vendar imamo omejeno število mest in stotine bendov, ki želijo nastopiti. Zato je najbolj smiselna možnost dati priložnost bendom, ki so tudi sami prisotni na festivalu kot oboževalci. Tako zagotavljamo, da oboževalci doživijo festivalsko družinsko vzdušje.
Kaj storiti?
Vsaj en član benda mora priti na INFO TOČKO na festivalu, kjer bo moral izpolniti prijavnico in pustiti svoj CD.
To je edini način, da imate priložnost igrati na TOLMINATORJU. Kasneje bomo pregledali vse posnetke in izbrali najboljših 15+ bendov, ki bodo dobili priložnost za nastop na Underground Stage ali celo na Main Stage.
Če menite, da vaš bend ni novinec in si zasluži nastop na Main Stage, aktivirajte svojega agenta, ki skrbi za vas.

Rezervacije stojnic (neprehrambene)
Pogoji in določila – neprehrambene rezervacije
Vse cene so predmet DDV. Najemnina je zapadla in jo je treba plačati pred postavitvijo stojnice. Plačilo bo fakturirano in ga je treba vnaprej nakazati na naš račun. Globina stojnice mora biti vedno prilagojena lokalnim razmeram. Najemnina se vedno obračuna na najdaljši strani stojnice. Ta pogodba je predmet predpisov o potujoči trgovini. Kartico za dovoljenje za potujočo trgovino je treba predložiti na zahtevo. Imetnik stojnice je registrirani trgovec in se v celoti zaveda svojih pravic in obveznosti.
Naslednjih predmetov ali blaga ni dovoljeno prodajati v nobenem primeru: droge; orožje; piratski posnetki; hrana in pijača; pornografski ali drugi indeksirani predmeti; tobak, cigarete itd.
Prodaja in brezplačna distribucija merchandise skupin/umetnikov, ki nastopajo na festivalu, je prav tako prepovedana, saj so te pravice podeljene izključno. Prav tako je prepovedana proizvodnja, prodaja in brezplačna distribucija merchandise, povezanega s festivalom.
Oprema za stojnice v zunanjem prostoru mora biti zagotovljena s strani trgovcev. Trgovci morajo zagotoviti zadostne kable. Vsa električna oprema mora biti standardizirana v skladu z VDE predpisi. Trgovci bodo odgovorni za izpade električne energije in morebitno škodo, ki bi nastala. Konstrukcije morajo biti ustrezno zavarovane, da ne ogrožajo javne varnosti. Imetniki stojnic imajo pravno dolžnost vzdrževanja varnosti. Stojnice morajo izpolnjevati varnostne predpise in imeti TÜV znak, kjer je to potrebno. Imetniki stojnic so izključno odgovorni za morebitno škodo, ki jo povzročijo. Imetniki stojnic so dolžni skleniti ustrezno zavarovanje odgovornosti. Imetniki stojnic bodo pokrili morebitne stroške, ki nastanejo zaradi sprememb stojnic zaradi organizacijskih/logističnih sprememb. Oblasti morajo imeti dostop kadar koli.
Vsi predpisi za osebje morajo biti skladni z evropsko in slovensko zakonodajo.
Imetniki stojnic oprostijo organizatorja kakršne koli odgovornosti tretjih oseb za škodo kakršne koli vrste, ki jo povzročijo sami ali njihovi zaposleni. Imetniki stojnic bodo zagotovili, da ne oni niti njihovi zaposleni ne bodo pod vplivom alkohola ali kakršnih koli drog med postavljanjem in razstavljanjem svojih stojnic ter med celotnim dogodkom. Stojnice bodo oblikovane v sodobnem slogu, v skladu z dogodkom. Ta pogodba postane veljavna po prejemu potrditve registracije. Za odpovedi bo od 30. dne pred dogodkom zaračunana pristojbina v višini 40 %, od 10. dne pred dogodkom pa 100 %. Odpovedi je treba izdati v pisni obliki. V primeru prevelikega števila prijav ali drugih okoliščin, za katere ne moremo biti odgovorni, si pridržujemo pravico, da ne izdamo potrditve registracije. Ta pogodba pokriva le najem talnega prostora. Položaj stojnic ni zagotovljen.
Dostopna pooblastila do območja trgovcev (trakci za trgovce) se smejo izročiti le osebju operaterjev stojnic. Prodaja ali prenos trakov na nepooblaščene osebe je v vseh okoliščinah nezakonit in bo povzročil takojšnjo prepoved trgovca z dogodka brez vračila najemnine.
Prodaja ali distribucija verskih predmetov (znaki, simboli, brošure ali drugo tiskano gradivo) na stojnici je prepovedana!
Pojem “čiščenje” se nanaša le na odstranjevanje odpadkov. Vsi odpadki morajo biti shranjeni v škatlah ali vrečah za smeti. Kavcija v višini 100,00 EUR na stojnico bo zaračunana, ki bo vrnjena, ko bo območje izpraznjeno v zadovoljivem stanju. Če bo dogodek odpovedan iz kakršnega koli razloga, bo vrnjena le najemnina stojnice, plačana do takrat. Nad tem ni pravnih zahtevkov. Ustni dogovori ne veljajo za zavezujoče.
Oblasti in člani osebja festivala so pooblaščeni, da kadar koli fotografirajo/videoposnamejo prodajne/promocijske stojnice!
Pravna veljavnost tega dokumenta: Če so deli ali posamezne fraze v tej pogodbi v celoti ali delno neveljavni ali postanejo neveljavni, to ne vpliva na celotno veljavnost pogodbe. Neveljavna določba bo nadomeščena z veljavno določbo podobne vsebine, z ustreznim gospodarskim učinkom. Stranki se s tem podredita pristojnosti sodišča v Ljubljani, Slovenija.
Akreditacije za medije

Dobrodošli v medijskem prostoru festivala Tolminator. Če ste zainteresirani za sodelovanje in želite zaprositi za akreditacijo Tolminator, prosimo, izpolnite obrazec pod razdelkom CONTACT > PRESS.
Rok za oddajo vaše prijave je 10. julij 2023. Po tem datumu ne bomo sprejemali drugih prijav. O tem, ali ste pridobili akreditacijo ali ne, boste obveščeni najkasneje do 15. julija 2023. Organizatorji imajo pravico zavrniti katero koli akreditacijo zaradi neizpolnjevanja rokov, zahtev in pogojev ali v primeru preseženega števila prijav brez nadaljnje razlage.
Pogoji:
Izpolnjen in oddan prijavni obrazec.

Akreditacija za revijo bo delno odvisna od objavljenih materialov preteklih let festivala (izjemoma za nove prijavitelje).
Za spletne medije je potrebno zagotoviti vsaj eno objavo predhodnega pokritja in en članek o prejšnji izdaji Tolminatorja pred festivalom (izjemoma za nove prijavitelje).
Hkrati s prijavo za akreditacijo za medije se mediji strinjajo, da bodo vso medijsko vsebino festivala posredovali Tolminatorjevi medijski ekipi (press@tolminator.com) po objavi ali oddaji svojih poročil najkasneje do 30. oktobra 2024. Izpolnjevanje teh zahtev bo pomemben dejavnik pri dodeljevanju akreditacije za naslednjo izdajo festivala Tolminator in tudi pri prednostnem obravnavanju vaših specifičnih prošenj za intervju.
Če bo vaša akreditacija odobrena, morate natisniti svojo potrditev (s QR kodo) in jo prinesti skupaj z veljavnim osebnim dokumentom na VIP/PRESS vhod festivala, kjer boste prejeli festivalsko zapestnico in prepustnico. S pošiljanjem prijavnega obrazca se strinjate s temi pogoji.
Prosimo, izpolnite vse zahtevane podatke, vključno s potrditvijo vašega odgovornega urednika o vaši nalogi poročanja o našem festivalu. Potrebujemo tudi vašo veljavno mobilno telefonsko številko (z območno kodo) in aktivni e-poštni naslov, da vas lahko obvestimo o načrtovanih intervjujih, tiskovnih konferencah in možnostih fotografiranja med festivalom.
Upoštevanje varnostnih navodil

Navodila varnostnega osebja niso prostovoljna, ampak OBVEZNA! Prosimo, da se izogibate nepotrebnim motečim dejanjem, da se bodo vsi počutili prijetno! Na informativni točki festivala je prisoten tudi predstavnik varnostne ekipe, ki vam bo z veseljem odgovoril na vsa vprašanja, pritožbe ali predloge glede varnosti na festivalnem območju. Če imate potrebo, da se jim zahvalite ali jih pohvalite – brez zadržkov se ustavite. Z veseljem vam bodo pomagali.

Prepovedani predmeti

Na festivalnem območju je prepovedano prinašati: pločevinke, steklenice, trde droge, predmete, ki se lahko uporabljajo kot projektile, nože, ter seveda kakršnekoli orožja in druge predmete, ki se lahko uporabljajo kot takšni. Te stvari pustite doma; v vsakem primeru ne boste mogli vstopiti na festivalno območje z njimi! Seveda lahko prinesete svojo posodo na kampiranje, vendar ne na oder!

Hišni ljubljenčki
Psi in drugi živali niso dovoljeni na festivalnem območju! Vsak, ki bo poskušal kršiti to strogo pravilo, bo odstranjen z območja festivala z odvzetim dostopom, brez dodatnih razlag. Prosimo, da odgovorno ravnate do svojega ljubljenčka in ga pustite doma (ali v kateremkoli hotelu za pse ali oskrbi, ki mu bo zagotovila potrebno nego).
Fotografiranje

Obiskovalec festivala se strinja, da bo fotografiran in posnet na video in avdio, kot del občinstva, brez omejitev. Obiskovalec se prav tako strinja, da se te slike ter avdio in video posnetki lahko uporabljajo za promocijo festivala brez omejitev in brez dodatnih stroškov.

Odgovornost obiskovalcev

Vsak obiskovalec sodeluje na festivalu na lastno odgovornost. Poleg tega je vsak obiskovalec dolžan ukrepati za zagotovitev svoje lastne varnosti. Obiskovalec je tudi odgovoren za svojo lastnino. Plavanje in drugi športi so na lastno odgovornost! Organizatorji festivala zagotavljajo prisotnost profesionalnega reševalca na glavni festivalski plaži.

Prosimo, upoštevajte, da ne zagotavljamo polne produkcije v času zgodnjega prihoda – lahko se izvajajo zadnja dela na festivalskem območju.

Prosimo, upoštevajte, da ima center za prhanje omejeno kapaciteto in deluje po načelu: prvi pride, prvi servisiran. V praksi to pomeni, da je vroča voda na voljo ves čas, vendar če je kapaciteta centra za prhanje polna, boste morali bodisi počakati v vrsti na svoj turnus bodisi uporabljati hladne prhe.  
Pristojbina je 15,00 € za ves teden z neomejenim vstopom.
